User Interface Designer - New Custom CRM Dashboard
Project Description:
A single CRM that allows Customer Service and Art Teams to process order requests into proofs, and send jobs to FileMaker. The goal of of the newly designed CRM is to simplify the workflow for CS and Art enabling easier editing and management of orders, faster response time for customers, and to provide better data for reporting in a more intuitive workflow.

MY ROLE
As the UI/UX Designer, I was tasked to create and design a custom single CRM Dashboard for the CSR and Art Teams to have connectivity of all the applications they use.
▪ Collaborate with the all stakeholders, having meetings twice a week to discuss user stories and designs.
▪ Create User Flows
▪ Incorporate StickerGiant brand into the designs
▪ Design Style Guide
▪ Mockups
▪ Prototypes
▪ Followed Google Material Design framework, requested by the developers who are going to use Vuetify to build out this custom CRM.
